I have decided to create an adaption on Conditional Design. Like Conditional Design we do not know what the final outcome will become.

OUTCOMES
Exploring type through the use of conditional design. Although under a set of rules, conditional design is explored.

We can see that the patterns are spontaneous and how some of the lines had escaped the boundaries..

Conditional design is about breaking boundaries. It's about exploring what isn't there. The designer gives the audience the chance to create something on there own.

and my own creation of a drawing top
Here I want to explore conditional design and what it's possibilities are as a designer and the audience. I have the idea of creating a book with a few games in it and a few pages commanding or giving the readers inspiration on what to do.
IDEA 2
IDEA 1
As a part of conditional design, I want to make the audience become the designer. To do this I have the idea to create a book with a series of games and instructions to fill the pages.
There will be a formatted structure per page, where the reader can interpret the instructions as they please. There is no right or wrong in design and I want to explore that by creating a book. Below will be a couple of sketches of what the book may look like.
Here are a few ideas for the pages.
SKETCHES
On the left hand side is the front cover. Here even the front covers the opportunity to the book your own by writing your name on the cover. But then I realised the actual cover itself does not stand out so a background was needed to make the cover stand out more. On the right is what the cover may look like.

I have chosen to go with idea 1 because it is more to do with conditional design practise.
